All the products on Piki Templates are under license CC Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which allows personal and non-commercial use. You have to agree to these terms:- Do not remove footer credits.
- Do not tamper or modify our products for re-selling purposes.
- Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations with our products.
3. Free License
Our products are available free to use for anyone, but you must agree to these terms:- Do not edit or change footer credits.
- Limited technical support.
- Future updates will be provided with little delay.
4. Premium License
The license allows you to use templates for personal and not commercial use. The license key is non-transferable, and exclusive features functionalities, including future updates and technical support, have been provided within the product. You must agree to below terms:- You cannot re-sell our products.
- You cannot distribute premium products.
- No permission to modify and redesign our products.
5. Delivery
We use Gumroad.com as our payment gateway partner. Hence, all the products have been delivered via email.6. Updates
You have access to your personal customer Gumroad dashboard account, by which you can download and update your product at any time. Refer to this Update page.7. Support
We provide premium support through different methods, such as the Contact Us page. Social media, such as Skype and WhatsApp, are now available for fast support.- Customer support is available for 12 months only.
- Technical support is available for a lifetime.
- Customisation support is limited for premium licenses.
- For free products, there is no customisation support
8. Returns and Refunds
If You're not satisfied and happy with our products, we will provide a full 30-day refund, no more questions asked from you. Direct simple and easy refund process. Refund procedure and terms:- The user will be notified by email for refund confirmation.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- We will cancel your license key with no updates or support.
- You should stop using the product immediately after taking the refund.
We always work hard to provide you with the best services. You should bring up the incentive of the refund, regarding the dissatisfaction complication you faced with our product, we will be happy to resolve it.
9. Affiliate Terms
The affiliate program is controlled and managed by us with the help of our payment partner, Gumroad. We will accept only those affiliate requests which follow the below terms and conditions:- Explain or share the source of traffic that you need to promote our designs.
- Do not use your affiliate link to purchase the product.
- The payout will be released by Gumroad every Friday (exceptional 1st weekend)
